Faux Real?

Today I recreated a Salmon crepe that I had in Ireland. It wasn't bad, the salmon had been fried with sesame seeds, and instead of a crepe, a flour tortilla was employed, but it wasn't bad.

Am I destined to seek to recreate a Diet Ireland?
